  1. Grind coconut coarsely and keep aside.
  2. For Stuffing : Heat non-stick pan. Add 1 tsp ghee and fry the paneer till it become dry. Keep aside. In the same pan add little ghee fry grated coconut till it become light brown in colour. Keep aside. Cool it. Then combine paneer, coconut, crushed cardamom and powder sugar. Mix...well..
  3. For the dough : In a bowl combine wheat flour and oil. Mix...well Knead a smooth dough. Cover with muslin cloth and keep asidefor 15 minutes. From the dough take a small dough ball and roll using flour. Place a portion of the stuffing in the centre and seal the edges tightly. Sprinckle seasame seeds on the dough press tightly using fingers and roll it like a chapati. Repeat the same procedure. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Place the puranpoli in the non-stick pan..
  4. Add 1/2 tsp ghee on the pan till it become light brown in colour both sides..
  5. Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve immediately hot...puranpolis......
